Order Questions
How long does it take to process my order?
All online orders will generally be processed and shipped within 2- 3 business days.
If items are not in stock, typical lead times is 6-7 weeks.
Exceptions are for items that are custom built, custom ordered, or temporarily unavailable.

What is causing my order delay?
Orders can be delayed from shipping for a number of reasons.
Most products we offer are actively stocked and ship quickly but some, such as our custom suspension kits, are assembled in our facility and can see extended waiting times.
Swift Springs Inventory: we working with them to keep popular items in stock, there may be delays due to their availability.
Kits are assembled and shipped as quickly as possible and in the order that requests are received.

How long does shipping take?
If items are in stock, 3-5 days for completion then we will ship out the complete product.
All items are shipped in the safest, most reasonable method possible to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Arrival time generally takes 3-7 business days within the USA depending on location.
How do I track my order?
Once your items are shipped a tracking number will be automatically provided to you via email and a link to track the order will be included.

Do you accept returns? What if I cancel my order?
Customer is responsible of inspecting all contents of the item and contact us within 48 hours of recieving product if there is any issue or damage.
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not been shipped.
Please be aware that a 10% cancellation fee will apply to all orders that are placed but subsequently canceled before shipping. This fee is to cover the cost of processing refunds.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a credit or refund for the order amount, minus the applicable cancellation fees, within 7 business days.
My order is missing something or was damaged during shipment
Any claims for missing pieces or order damage must be made within 7 days of confirmed order delivery.

Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by S3 Suspension LLC. We reserve the right to decline returns for any reason. Before returning any merchandise, the buyer must obtain an order number, provide the original purchase invoice, and include the order confirmation.
All return inquiries must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. However, if you prefer to receive store credit, the restocking fee may be waived.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned merchandise must be in brand new condition, in its original and undamaged packaging, ready for immediate resale or in the same condition in which it was shipped (we photograph all orders before shipping).
Credit will not be issued for any product that has been, installed, used, or altered in any way.
Please be aware that shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Once the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
If the buyer received free shipping but returned an item, they will no longer qualify for the free shipping benefit. The buyer will be responsible for paying the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Credit Card Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks are treated with utmost seriousness by our company. We implement strict measures to combat such activities, and we are prepared to take legal action against anyone found to be engaged in fraudulent chargebacks.

S3 Coilover Questions
How long until an item is restocked?
We have shipments coming in monthly.
We do our best to keep all of our inventory filled. However, there are times where a backorder or parts unavailability leads us to go out of stock on some items.
Generally, most items are restocked within 5-7 weeks.
Are you planning to release new vehicle applications?
Yes! We are always working hard behind the scenes to develop new vehicle applications. Additionally, we constantly look for ways to refine and improve our current product line including releasing new types of higher performing coilover systems for existing applications.
Contact us if you are looking for a suspension kit for your vehicle if we do not offer it.
How long do custom coilover kits take to make?
Each coilover system is carefully built by hand at our facility according to your needed specifications.
On average it takes 6-9 weeks to fully complete and ship custom built systems.
What options are available for custom coilovers?
Since all of our systems are hand built in our facility, we are able to curate a system that is extremely specific to your need!
We offer completely custom valving and nitrogen pressures in addition to tuning for any spring rate you select.

Where are your coilovers made?
We use high quality products from Japan, Europe, and USA. It is then manufactured in Taiwan.
We assemble each Swift Spring here at our facility in California.
What should I expect for longevity of your coilovers?
Our coilovers are developed and tested thoroughly during their engineering phase to ensure reliability and strength when being used under heavy racing/track conditions.
Unfortunately, it's hard to measure the lifetime of a specific coilover system as each vehicle is unique in its frequency of use (and abuse!). However, we do offer a 2 year warranty for all of our coilover systems and they are completely rebuildable therafter should any issues occur!
What are the specifics of your warranty?
Each coilover system we provide is covered by a non-transferrable 2 year warranty that covers all hard parts including mounts/shock bodies. Seals, shock shafts, internal fluids, and any leaks within the 2 year period are also covered.
Warranties begin on the date of purchase.
Warranties will be void if products show abuse, improper installation, or physical damage from accidents, abusive street use, potholes or large speed bumps.
Any products that are altered, opening of shocks, or any outside repair work not completed by S3 Suspension will void the warranty.
Coilovers are rebuilt in house, if you have a warranty claim that is approved. We have a 7-10 business day turnaround time.
